Loeffler Development is a conceptual real estate development firm that specializes at mass produced micro apartments. We primarily do infill development in up and coming tertiary or secondary cities with good transit access. We search for new industries being developed and locate our units nearby to satisfy the new demand. 


According to the U.S. Census Bureau, over 47% of U.S. adults under 30 are single. We hope to capture this demographic specifically. Our buildings are designed primarily for those who are single, and couples who are looking for affordable, and smaller living space. The design style will be modern and compact, which will appeal to our target demographic of 20-35 year olds.
